How easter appropriate is this! :) I found this really cute polish at Tonymoly and realized it's a dupe of Deborah Lippmann's Glitter in the Air. I'm sure the quality doesn't compare but in terms of colors, they are almost the same.

Mac Lipsticks As Seen On Korean Celebrities

Mac gets a lot of love from Korean celebrities. They not only wear Mac products on stage and red carpet events but on daily occasions. Here are some pictures that I found Korean celebs wearing Mac Lipsticks. I'm not 100% sure if the shades are correct but it is very reliable as they are pretty much confirmed on Korean beauty communities and blogs :)

Lee Hyori (Singer)- Morange
Absolutely gorgeous. This is her color!!!


Again, Lee Hyori (Singer)- Peachstock
I'm shocked that Peachstock is pro only shade in the US. Here, it is one of the most popular shades if not The most popular. The craze pretty much started from this picture. She looks stunning!


Boa (Singer)- Peachstock
I really love this look. Peachstock is actually one of my all time favorite. I think it's so versatile.


Yoon Eunhye (actress)- Costa Chic
I think it goes really well with her pale skin and red toned hair.


Soo Hee from the Wonder Girls (Singer)- Gotta Dash
She recently did an ad sponsored by MAC and MAC confirmed that the shade is Sheen Spreme Gotta Dash. I was surprised at how mature she looks on this picture. Beautiful.


Song Hyekyo (actress)- Please me
Her eye makeup seems pretty simple and natural. The pop of medium bright pink lipstick definitely was a good choice.


Kong Hyojin (Actress/model)- Angel
Who doesn't love Angel? It's the perfect pale milky pink. It goes well with her puprple dress. I love Kong Hyonjin's style.


Again, Kong Hyojin (Actress/model)- Love Forever
She claims she's wearing Sheen Spreme Love Forever here but I'm not too sure about this one. From what I've seen, Love Forever isn't this bright and neon. Probably she used a ton or the picture is heavily photoshopped. lol Either way, gorgeous color!

Cath Kidston Hand Cream

Cath Kidston makes amazing hand cream! It is a set of three and I've almost finished my first set so went ahead a bought a new one. My hands tend to get dry in the winter. I get some dry spots and even some parts of my skin almost peel off. Since I started using this hand cream daily, all the problems are solved and my hands are soft and smooth now. Super happy.

The Pink smells like Wild Rose, the blue one is Bluebell and the green one is honeysuckle. All of them smell lovely.

The consistency is not too tihck nor watery.


Not sticky nor greasy. It absorbs quickly and the scent actually lingers on for quite a while.


If you can find this product, give it a try. It is fantastic!

Kleancolor polishes are awesome! I'm wearing a coat of black polish and two coats of Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black. It reflects orange and green. Really cool!

Mac Reflects Antique Gold

I believe I have blogged about Mac Reflects Antique Gold a long time ago. It is still my favorite product and I use it very often. There is a fine line between glittery and sparkly. This is in no way chunky but is very sparkly and reflects light beautifully.





From L to R:
Over cool toned brown eyeshadow, Over Nyx Black Bean Jumbo Pencil, Used wet on bare skin, Used dry on bare skin


Love to layer it on any eyeshadow. It adds such a unique quality to an otherwise boring look.

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick

I saw Maybelline's Color Sensatonal Lipstick in a drug store and instantly fell in love. These lipsticks come in a lot of different colors so I believe there is a shade for everybody.

These Lipsticks are pretty glossy and moisturizing but they are not sheer at all. They are very pigmented and go on opaque on lips.

I got Passion Red, Loving Red, and Angel Rose.

Passion Red seems a bit brighter than Loving Red.
Angel Rose is a lovely warm pink. I like that it is not blue based.

Chanel Illusion d'ombre

I've been loving these little pots of heaven.
I have the shade Fantasme and Illusoire.


As you can see, Illusoire has shrunken down but I don't find any noticeable difference in its performance. The unique consistency is causing this but not a big deal for me.

Illusoire is such a complex color. It is taupy, purply, silvery and has tons of beautiful shimmer. Fatasme is just about the sparkliest product I've seen. I mainly layer it on my powder eyeshadow and it kind of reminds me of MAC reflects glitters with much easier application and better staying power.




I'm tempted to collect all 6 shades because these are just so pretty.

Missha Nail Polish

I recently bought some nail polishes from Missha.
This is one of them. JBR01 is its name.
The consistency is very watery and thus easy to apply.
The multi colored sparkles are much more noticeable in real life.
love it!

Hello!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!

Does anyone remember me?

It's been literally a year since I last updated this blog.

The year of 2011 has truly been eventful for me.

I quit my job, got a new one.

I broke up with a boyfriend of 5yrs and started dating.

I moved from the city to the suburb.

With all these going on, I really didn't have the time

or the energy to buy new makeup or blog about it.

I even stopped watching Youtube channels and reading blogs.

However!!!!I'm planning to make a comeback. I really miss blogging.

I really miss talking to you guys.

It seems like many of the old bloggers that I used to know have

stopped blogging. I see many new bloggers as well.

I can't exactly tell you when I'll come back but hopefully very soon.

I wish all of you have a very happy holidays!
