It really brings out the unique undertone that the color has.
Pink Pearl Pigment is bright pink with blue duo chrome which
almost make it look like purple. It's kind of similar to
Mac's Stars and Rockets eyeshadow or UD's Fishnet eyeshadow.
Anyways, by putting it on a black base, the blue duo chrome becomes
more vibrant and noticeable in the most beautiful way.

UD 24/7 liner in Lust (lower lash line)

False Lash
MAC Well-Dressed Blush
Red Earth Liquid Highlighter in Thriller
MAC Brave New Bronze Lipstick
Lancome Juicy Tube in Dreamsicle
